  •  All train lounges permanently open for the client’s use 24 hours a day.
  •  Possibility for the crew to collect your luggage.
  •  All breakfasts, with à la carte dishes and buffet products.
  •  All dinners and meals, featuring select gastronomy, on board the train or at first-class restaurants (including wine, water, soft drinks, and coffee).

Day 1 (Saturday). Santiago de Compostela-Ferrol-Viveiro

Meeting point in Santiago de Compostela at 12:00 PM. After the reception, we will take a tour of the historic center of this city, a pilgrimage destination for a thousand years, that treasures countless jewels artistic activities led by its splendid cathedral. After lunch, our luxury bus will take us to Ferrol, where El Transcantábrico awaits. To our arrival, the crew will offer us a welcome toast, while the train travels to Viveiro. Tour through the beautiful old town of this locality, where we will have dinner and spend the night on board.

Day 2 (Sunday). Viveiro-Ribadeo-Luarca-Oviedo

We will start the morning, as we do every day, enjoying our delicious breakfast carte and buffet. The Transcantábrico will take us to Ribadeo, a historic Galician town. Bordering the Principality of Asturias. From here, we will travel along the coast by bus. Lugo to the Beach of the Cathedrals, one of the most spectacular in the world. Panoramic tour of Ribadeo and lunch. With the train, we ventured into lands Asturian. Arrival and visit to Luarca, the White Town of the Green Coast, to return to the train and head to Oviedo, Night in Oviedo.

Day 3 (Monday). Oviedo–Gijón-Llanes

We started the day by going to Gijón, a city as open to the Cantabrian Sea as it is full of cultural events. Lunch. Afterwards, we will travel to the capital of the Principality of Asturias, Oviedo. Visit, before returning to the train. Dinner on board during the journey to Llanes, where we will spend the night.

Day 4 (Tuesday). Llanes-Picos de Europa-Llanes

With our bus, we will ascend to the heart of the Principality of Asturias, to arrive at the magnificent Picos de Europa National Park. We will visit Lake Enol and subsequently, we will head to the Sanctuary of Covadonga, a sacred place filled with tradition and legend. Then Cangas de Onís. Lunch. In the afternoon, the marvellous villa fishing village of Eastern Asturias. Visit and free time. Dinner and night in Llanes.

Day 5 (Wednesday). Llanes-Potes-Comillas-Cabezón de la Sal

During breakfast, we will venture into the lands of Cantabria by train. From Cabezón de la Sal we will go by bus to Potes, crossing the impressive Hermida Gorge. Visit this charming Cantabrian village, after which we will be able to enjoy a thermal circuit at the Balneary of La Hermida. After the lunch, we will visit El Capricho, in Comillas, a fantastic and colorful palace from the century XIX of Antonio Gaudí. Dinner and night in Cabezón de la Sal.

Day 6 (Thursday). Cabezón de la Sal-Santillana del Mar-Santander

Our first visit will be to the village of Santillana del Mar, with its historic center magnificently preserved medieval, and to the Neo-Cave of Altamira, museum and faithful reproduction of the highest exponent of Paleolithic rock art Superior. After lunch, we will head by train to Santander, the elegant capital of Cantabria, where we will take a guided tour and have free time. Night in Santander.

Day 7 (Friday). Santander-Bilbao-Carranza

The Transcantábrico sets off towards Bilbao, a city full of dynamism that has known how to reinvent itself after the decline of its traditional heavy industry. The visit to the city includes entry to the famous Guggenheim Museum, a symbol of this new Bilbao. After lunch, we will enjoy some free time before taking the train. Dinner and night in Carranza.

Day 8 (Saturday). Carranza-Bilbao-San Sebastián

Enjoying our last breakfast on board, we will return to Bilbao, where El Transcantábrico bus is waiting for us to take us to San Sebastián. Visit to this city of elegant beauty and host to important cultural events. End of the trip around 1:00 PM in San Sebastián. End of trip.
